Welcome back to Before & After Kalidy Style! This week, we are stepping up our game and showcasing an entire luxury home in the Nichols Hills area of Oklahoma. Typically, these posts focus on one room; but this time we couldn’t pick a favorite – so, you get to see several!

Hold on to your hats and let’s get started on this lavish home tour!

The exterior of this beautiful home is nothing short of eye-catching. Multiple exterior textures including: wood paneling, stone, and concrete give the house several dimensions without overpowering the senses. The signature Kalidy red door draws attention to the entryway featuring modern lighting. Three front porches with French door access and metal railings provide several outdoor seating and dining areas perfect for enjoying a bright, sunny day.

The attached oversized car garage is yet another high-end, modern feature of this home. This seventeen-foot anodized aluminum door with solid glass inserts is perfect for showcasing your beautiful vehicles. Don’t want people to see inside your garage? The glass is customizable and can be frosted or tinted! In addition, this garage qualifies the home to be a Smart Home! How cool is that?

If you like the outside of this home, just wait until you step indoors!

Our tour begins with the entryway.

As you can see from the large scrap pile, our crews had a lot of work to do on this house. It was taken down to the walls. A home with a lavish exterior requires a classy interior; so that is what our crews created! A variety of modern light fixtures accent the multiple doorways in the front of the home. Our designers did a top-notch job of selecting elegant lighting that highlights the unique features of each room.

Next stop: the living room!

Wood paneling is the main feature of this space. Our designers decided to bypass the typical brick fireplace in preference for an in-wall, glass-front fireplace. Despite its size, this installation easily heats up a room. The small dimensions and white border make the fireplace pop against the wood panel wall. Slim wood shelves give the room the depth and dimension it needs. While the high ceiling is magnified by the recessed lighting and fan. Due to the expansive windows and French doors, this living room does not need much lighting. Just let nature do it for you!

Between the living room and kitchen, our crews created a corner nook with wood paneling and dark shelves. This design perfectly carries over the trendy design from one room to the next.

Between the kitchen and the living room is a space for a small breakfast table. Just imagine grabbing a good book off the corner shelves and cozying up for breakfast underneath the modern chandelier. Doesn’t it sound heavenly?

Initially, the transition between the kitchen and living room did not look this modern. Our crews removed the heavy wooden door-frame and opened up the interior wall in order to create this modern shelving unit. It completely transformed the room!

Now, let’s turn around and take a look at the beautiful kitchen!

This galley kitchen is stunning! With stainless steel appliances, wood tile flooring, and white cabinetry, you can’t ask for a trendier kitchen! The dark granite countertops are highlighted by the subway tile backsplash. The mix of solid and glass front cabinetry adds a touch of elegance to the design.

As you can see, the crew completely removed the original kitchen and started from scratch. They are amazing! This kitchen is brand new! Only the bones are left-over from the original.

The next room on our tour is the master bedroom – one of our favorite spaces in the home!

This is one luxurious bedroom! The biggest change was the removal of the windows and replacement with French doors opening to one of the exterior porches. This single design transformed the room from a dark, closed off space to a bright, open dream room. Add in the modern spherical light fixtures and you have one classy bedroom! And who could forget the custom barn door?

Our crews build our barn doors on site using wood slabs and metal fixtures. The doorway to the master bathroom was so large that the home need two barn doors to cover it! This was not an easy task but our crews are fantastic and did an amazing job!

Now, are you dying to see the master bathroom? It really is a dream!

Once again, the crew had to remove most of the original fixtures. They updated the walls and flooring – isn’t the tile great? To add a modern touch, a floating double vanity was installed. Floating vanities are one of our top high-end products – our tenants love them!

The long, horizontal mirror enhances the depth of this bathroom while the modern lighting really makes the dark wood pop!

Adding a chandelier over the spacious bathtub adds the touch of class and elegance that this master bathroom requires. It is the perfect place to wind down after a long day – take a soak in the tub and relax.

We could go on and on about this home – after all, there are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms! It really is a show-stopper. But, for now, we will leave the home tour here.
